Gott ist es, Der die Winde schickt, die die Wolken (zusammenfügen und) treiben. Er breitet sie dann am Himmel aus wie Er will und türmt sie zu Wolkendecken aufeinander. Dann siehst du Regen daraus herabfallen. Er beschenkt mit dem Regen, wen Er will von Seinen Dienern, und sie freuen sie sich darüber.
